We made a lot of Gyoza from the fillings.

This is all that she made!!
Very good at making Gyoza for the first time. ;-)

Now cooking time!

Listen to the instruction from the instructor!
Then let's cook!!

We also made ramen from the chicken stock!
Good soup will warm up your body in autumn♪

Gyoza was brilliantly done.


We made a lot of them and had nice cooking experience with nice talk and beer.

Sushi Private Lesson! Thanks for coming from Swiss!

Thank you for coming from Swizerland!
We did Sushi lesson and two ladies were very good at making sushi!


We made Temari-zushi(sushi), which is a home made sushi and we often eat at family gathering in Japan.

Their fab decoration work!!

This is perfect to welcome your friends at the party and fairly easy to prepare.
Participants' faces tell that the sushi made by themselves taste sooo good!! ;-)


After the dessert, we did proper Green Tea (Maccha) workshop.
Many of the tourists had Green Tea somewhere while they are travelling, but not so much chance to make thier own Green Tea!
Our Sushi lesson always includes this little workshop ;-)



Once again thank you for coming, we had such a nice time together ;-)
I hope you can enjoy your own sushi in Swiss!

Stepping on udon looks very primitive way of making food?! yeap, but this is very important for making Udon and the more you step, the better the taste;-)

we also did Tempura.
Crispy and nice is the key to make successful Tempura!

Homemade Udon looks really good!

Once again, thanx for coming and it was so much fun cooking with you guys!

Udon Workshop Report

Thanks for coming & joining us at Udon Workshop!
We had a great time together!

All the participants are so willing to make udon!
Serious Faces ;-)

Concentrating on making their original Udon.

Quite hard work to mix water&flour in a bowl.

Smile & relax for a while ;-)

Go back to Udon again!

He is good at making bread!
But it is a first experience for him to make Udon♪

Now, stepping time!
We step on udon pastry to make the moisture evenly!

Here was a special birthday girl on that night.

Soba Workshop

Soba Workshop!

We would like to announce our next workshop on March!
This time we are going to make Japanese traditional noodle -'SOBA'.

Join us on 30th March Friday at 19:00!

We would like to introduce how to make Soba and Soba Tsuyu. (which is Soup for Soba)



Plus, we serve some Tempura and Japanese Sake!

On 30th March Friday starting from 19:00 at Shinjyuku Studio.

We will have a special Soba-making instructor this time and show you
the demonstration first, then you can actually try to make your own Soba.


All instruction will be in English.
