Soba Workshop! We would like to announce our next workshop on March! This time we are going to make Japanese traditional noodle -'SOBA'. Join us on 30th March Friday at 19:00! We would like to introduce how to make Soba and Soba Tsuyu. (which is Soup for Soba) ![]() Plus, we serve some Tempura and Japanese Sake! On 30th March Friday starting from 19:00 at Shinjyuku Studio. We will have a special Soba-making instructor this time and show you the demonstration first, then you can actually try to make your own Soba. All instruction will be in English. I am so glad to see you all today! Today is apparently the first lesson for Buddha Bellies Cooking School Tokyo. ![]() To introduce Japanese cultures through food has been my dream. I am truely a food lover, and had traveled a lot in many countries and met many wonderful local people and cultures, of course including food. Now it's my turn to entertain you here in my own coutry introducing Japanese food culture. ![]() Japan is still suffering from the 3.11 earthquake, but at the same time we have energy to connect people and rebuild Japan. I hope this project is going to be one of these actions. I really appriciate to see many guests from foreign countries coming back to my country to visit and enjoy this beautiful culture. ![]() In the end, I would like to say Thank you to my husband, my beloved family, and all of my supportive friends for helping me out and a warm understanding towards me and this project.
